Holding Demonstration:
- Activation Method: Press default key V to toggle while holding
- Lighting Effect: Provides illumination, range and intensity change with electricity
- Electricity Consumption:
- Default: Consumes 0.1 electricity every 1.92 seconds
- Drone Control Module.P: Consumes 0.075 electricity every 1.92 seconds (25% saving)
- Low Battery Protection: Automatically turns off lighting when electricity is below 10%

- Creates a SAN recovery aura around it

Special Notes
- Electricity Exchange Ratio: Portable Battery 1% → Survey Instrument 10% electricity
- Charging Conditions: Must be placed in inventory
- Damage Characteristics: Planar damage is not affected by physical damage bonus skills (such as skill 3)
